Social Media Digital Marketing Manager

We're looking for a Social Media Content Manager who is creative, analytical, and strategic. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in transforming how we attract, engage, and convert buyers.
You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership to build campaigns that truly move the needle. If you're passionate about storytelling, data-driven marketing, and helping a global brand grow, we'd love to meet you. This is an individual contributor role.
What you will be doing- Content Management: Strategizes, plans, and executes digital channels including website content, SEO/SEM, paid and organic social media.
- Social Media: Manage the social media content calendar for the global business, while also writing articles and spotlights.
- Website: Partner with internal teams to develop A/B testing plans, seek ways to enhance website UX, and optimize existing pages for higher SEO and AEO algorithms.
- Brand: Shaping and maintaining Opensignal's brand voice to ensure a consistent tone and style across all content pieces
- Analytics & Optimization: Track and report on KPIs, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize initiatives based on performance data.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align marketing initiatives with broader company goals.
- 5 years of B2B technology content or campaign management.
- 2 years of social media and content marketing to technical audiences in a B2B SaaS environment.
- 2 years of recent experience managing website CMS platforms for SEO, AEO, SEM.
- 2 years of recent, hands-on experience using HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Excellent writing and content development skills: be able to turn technical concepts into compelling, audience-focused messaging. Writing samples or portfolio URL are required with your resume.
- Experience managing live social engagements and paid advertising programs.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working across time zones with a global team.
- Working hours in the East Coast time zone.
- Native Spanish or Portuguese speaker
- Experience managing webinars and local events.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in the analytics, telecom, or technology industry.

For this role, the anticipated base salary range is $80,000 - $90,000 USD.
In addition to base salary, employees are eligible for variable compensation such as performance-based bonuses, commissions, or other incentive programs.
Opensignal follows a market-based compensation philosophy, which means we benchmark our compensation for roles at Opensignal relative to other tech companies at a similar size and stage. Your compensation will be based on the relevant market benchmarks for someone in your role with a similar level of experience in your geography.
Our compensation philosophy includes ensuring all employees are paid competitively within the range for their role and level taking into consideration market data from leading market sources.
Because this position is open to candidates in multiple countries, salary ranges are aligned to local market benchmarks and currency. The posted range reflects the market for the role in the USA
