Key Responsibilities

  • Produce all menu items efficiently and consistently
  • Lead shifts and support senior leadership team members
  • Contribute to positive team morale and manage budgetary goals
  • Ensure the use of fresh, top-quality ingredients while balancing costs

Key Requirements

  • Previous culinary experience in a full-service restaurant or bar
  • Desire to develop and motivate team members
  • Committed to continuous improvement
  • Energetic, positive, and inclusive
  • Previous culinary leadership experience is a plus
