Kinetic Construction Ltd. has an opportunity in any of our three branches for an Estimator to provide support to the Chief Estimator / Estimating Manager team with all pre-construction and estimating activities and to grow with us
The wage band for this position is $99,000 - $123,000 annually but is based on relevant skills and experience.

Position Specifications
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or Architecture, or direct experience equivalent
- Construction Related Technology Certificate Diploma is required
- 5+ years of experience in Pre-Construction, Estimating, and/or related field
Knowledge skills and abilities
- Estimating and Quantity Take Off software knowledge is an asset
- Ability to read and interpret contract specifications, drawings, and other construction documents
- Must have a strong attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a positive attitude
- Supportive of a culture that encompasses the highest ethical standards aligned with the Company Core Values, candidate must possess a strong work ethic
- Must be self-motivated with strong willingness and ability to learn and to be challenged
- Strong analytical, above average mathematical skills, critical thinking, troubleshooting, problem solving skills, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to document and organize information efficiently and accurately
