Job Overview

Sonder Aesthetics is seeking skilled and motivated Laser Technicians and Estheticians who are ready to grow their own clientele in laser hair removal — without the cost or stress of owning a $130,000 machine.

This is a profit-share partnership, not an employment role. You'll have access to a premium Soprano ICE Platinum laser and a fully equipped treatment room inside our professional corrective skin studio in Cloverdale.

You'll operate independently under your own name, performing laser treatments for your clients and keeping a share of your earnings — while Sonder provides the equipment, space, training, and administrative support.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to start or expand their own laser business, build a steady clientele, and earn great income without taking on debt or long-term machine leases.

Responsibilities

  • Perform professional laser hair removal treatments using the Soprano ICE Platinum system.
  • Operate safely and in accordance with industry protocols and clinic standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering client questions and ensuring comfort and confidence.
  • Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care for best results.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation in the treatment area before and after each appointment.
  • Manage your own client relationships, scheduling, and marketing to grow your business.
  • Check out clients through Sonder's POS system for transparent weekly profit-share payouts.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Laser Hair Removal Certification or Esthetics Diploma required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or aesthetics preferred.
  • Strong understanding of skin health, sanitation, and client care.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to build a client base.
  • Professional Liability Insurance (minimum $2M) required, naming Sonder Aesthetics Ltd. as additional insured.

Earning Potential

  • Average take-home: $250–$400+ per day (based on 35% profit share)
  • Income grows as your clientele builds — you control your own schedule and results.
  • Flexible options: 1–4 days per week, with a minimum monthly guarantee (MMG) to reserve your machine access days.
