About Us:

Position: Clinic Manager

Location: 8 Centre Street, Markham, Ontario

Employment Type: Hours depend on the right fit – can be full-time or part-time

Start Date: December 2025

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and professional patient care, from initial contact to follow-up
  • Manage daily scheduling and appointment coordination with attention to flow and efficiency
  • Support dispensary inventory and supply management to ensure the clinic is always well-stocked
  • Support the clinic's naturopathic practitioners in delivering exceptional service

Who You Are:

  • Experienced in healthcare administration or office management (naturopathic or wellness setting a plus)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple responsibilities
  • Warm, empathetic, and patient-focused
  • Tech-savvy with comfort using scheduling software, EMRs, and accounting tools
  • Passionate about natural medicine and aligned with our clinic's mission and values
