Cet expert participera à supporter nos partenaires en tant que responsable produit d'affaire les activités de configuration et développement des solutions en plus de recommander et ou coordonner des améliorations de la chaîne d'approvisionnement dans une optique bout en bout afin d'utiliser le plein potentiel de SAP et améliorer la qualité de la donnée.Mise en contexte du projet :Dans le cadre des initiatives d'approvisionnement et logistique, plusieurs besoins d'affaires ont été analysés et soulevés. Une vue d'ensemble de la planification et logistique est maintenant en cours et les besoins d'améliorations des processus avec pour objectif d'utiliser le plein potentiel de SAP font partie intégrante de l'initiative. L'expert aura pour mandat de comprendre la vue d'ensemble et proposer des solutions qui tiennent compte des bonnes pratiques de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, des processus d'affaire, des objectifs et des systèmes positionnés par l'entreprise tout en maximisant l'utilisation de la donnée avec le système SAP.TâchesLes services recherchés dans le cadre de ce mandat, mais sans s'y limiter:Contribuer à l'implantation du processus S&op;Modéliser et documenter les processus d'affaires détaillés ;Collaborer avec les équipes partenaire et TI pour optimiser les processus et traduire les exigences d'affaires en spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques ;Définir et documenter les règles d'affaires ;Valider que les solutions informatiques proposées répondent aux exigences et aux objectifs d'affaires ;Participer à l'implantation des changements à apporter aux processus d'affaires et aux procédures de travail ;Participer à la définition des cas d'essais et à la réalisation des tests d'acceptation client;Contribuer à la définition et à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de changement (communication, formation, etc.) ;Comprendre les processus internes des parties prenante afin de faciliter la transition en assurant une mise en œuvre fluide ;Appuyer le chargé de projet dans les rendre compte.===The candidate must have the following qualifications: Minimum of 7 years of experience as a functional or business analyst in a supply chain-related environment;Experience in at least one large-scale project for the development and implementation of information systems related to logistics and procurement;Experience with supply chain activities (planning, logistics) and their optimization;Experience with SAP procurement and logistics modules;Strong experience in business process modeling and transformation;Language: French-speakingSkills / Expertise: Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in French;Ability to collaborate with stakeholders from different sectors;Strong analytical and synthesis skills;Proven ability to meet tight deadlinesAssets / Plus Points: Knowledge of the energy sector (asset);Knowledge of BPMN (asset);Experience with SAP MM-WM-SD procurement and logistics modules (asset);Experience with SAP IBP or Analytics Cloud (asset).Profile Description:Business Analyst – Supply Chainto work on a project related to optimizing material planning and logistics mandates. This expert will support our partners as a product owner for business activities, including configuration and solution development, as well as recommending or coordinating supply chain improvements end-to-end to leverage SAP's full potential and improve data quality.Project Context:As part of procurement and logistics initiatives, several business needs have been analyzed and identified. An overview of planning and logistics is now underway, and process improvement needs aimed at leveraging SAP's full potential are an integral part of the initiative. The expert's mandate will be to understand the overall picture and propose solutions that consider supply chain best practices, business processes, company objectives, and existing systems, while maximizing the use of SAP data.Tasks:The services sought in this mandate include, but are not limited to:Contribute to the implementation of the S&OP process;Model and document detailed business processes;Collaborate with partner and IT teams to optimize processes and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications;Define and document business rules;Validate that proposed IT solutions meet business requirements and objectives;Participate in implementing changes to business processes and work procedures;Assist in defining test cases and performing user acceptance testing;Contribute to defining and implementing change management strategy (communication, training, etc.);Understand stakeholders' internal processes to facilitate smooth transition and implementation;Support the project manager in reporting.
