We are currently looking for an outgoing, passionate Customer Success Specialist who has the ability to problem-solve, inspire, and provide top-notch service to potential and current clients.

Here's how you will contribute to the success of the company
- Respond to customer questions and requests in a professional manner that exceeds customer expectations primarily by email and phone.
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Working one-on-one with customers and potential customers to find solutions to challenging problems they face.
- Scheduling and conducting web demos of all our products for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead nurturing within our CRM (Hubspot) and completed daily tasks.
- Collaborating with various teams to create and maintain documentation and train on new processes and products.
- Proposing process improvements and recommendations for the implementation of new initiatives or to improve current workflows.
Here's what you need to have and master to get the job
- Post-secondary diploma or degree.
- 1 year of experience in a similar role in sales, customer service or technical support.
- Strong interest in technology and ability to easily learn new software and features.
- Must be fluent in English
- Experience developing and presenting business value, time to money and ROI.
- B2B SaaS sales knowledge considered an asset.
- Previous experience working with CRM tools considered an asset.
- Recognize sales opportunity and apply sales skills to upgrade customer plans.
- Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious).
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.

As such, the final compensation package will be tailored to reflect the specific qualifications and expertise of the chosen candidate, ensuring that we remain competitive and equitable in our offerings.
Reasons for the requirement of English: Sherweb has international customers and fluency in English is the only way to ensure proper service delivery to them. The main tasks related to this position require written and oral communication with an English-speaking clientele at all times.
