This is an unpaid position for 6 months duration:

Your Job role will include the following:

  • Unpacking vendor boxes and organizing/prepping inventory.
  • Packing customer shipment boxes and bulk shipments.
  • Placing products in designated areas and inventory control
  • Handling in-person customer pickups, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Pushing, pulling, crouching, bending, and reaching above shoulder level
  • House Keeping task (e.g. clear of debris, spills, will include mopping, vacuuming, cleaning) and disposing of garbage/cardboard boxes, etc.
  • Follow all operational policies and procedures.
  • Manage time and prioritize tasks
  • Work with cross functional teams to solve client problems
  • Assisting with general office tasks and other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Shipping & Receiving and Physical Inventory processes
  • Strong understanding of Inventory Control methods and practices
  • Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
  • Basic to intermediate Computer Literacy including inventory management software
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience in a warehouse, supply chain, or logistics environment is a plus
