Carestream Health is currently seeking an Account Executive to join our Canada sales team supporting the Eastern Canada Region. This individual will be responsible for Health Care Sales with a focus on Digital Equipment Solutions Sales for the Radiology Marketplace. What does it take to achieve success in this role?
- Refuse to lose attitude and work style
- Background in healthcare equipment solutions (preferably radiology and /or healthcare technology sales)
- Understanding of Radiology/Clinical workflow
- Disciplined in forecast, funnel and time management
- Ability to manage customers and identify new ones
Required Skills & Education:
- Ability to sell across a portfolio to a customer and understand all aspects of Carestream Health's solutions/products
- Executive level contacts in the medical imaging space
- Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed goals, with 5+ documented years of success in the radiology suite
- Ability to manage a large geographic territory (overnight travel and extensive driving required)
- Ability to work with customers directly and through indirect channels to exceed goals
- Great inter-personal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of customers and distribution channel partners
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree, or, the equivalent related work experience (Radiological Technology background is a plus)
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and driving record that is compliant with Fleet Policy
Desired Skills:
- Experience selling X-Ray and Radiology Equipment
- Self-motivated, ability to work independent of supervision
- Self-starter, outgoing, upbeat and looking for a career, not a job
Work Environment:
- Hospitals and Imaging Centers
Physical Requirements:
- Extensive driving and overnight travel is required
