Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Appointment Generator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients and setting appointments for our sales team. This role requires strong communication skills, a knack for negotiation, and the ability to engage with businesses effectively. The Appointment Generator will play a crucial role in driving business development and contributing to our overall sales strategy.

Duties

  • Conduct outreach to potential clients through various channels including phone calls, emails, and social media.
  • Generate leads by identifying prospects in the B2B space and qualifying them for our services.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of communications and appointments in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and improve lead generation efforts.
  • Utilize telemarketing techniques to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the appointment-setting process, ensuring a positive experience for all prospects.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of our products and services to effectively convey benefits during conversations.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
  • Experience in B2B sales or technology sales is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in marketing techniques and telemarketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.
  • Technical sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Excellent inside sales capabilities with a focus on achieving results.
  • Proficient communication skills in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
  • Strong customer service orientation with an emphasis on relationship building.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
