About the Role

As our Operations Manager, you'll be the key link between the field and the office — ensuring every job runs smoothly, every technician is supported, and every customer experience reflects our commitment to excellence. You'll be responsible for maintaining a successful, engaging, and accountable work environment while driving performance, efficiency, and culture across all departments.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily operations of the plumbing and service departments
  • Coordinate scheduling, dispatch, and communication between technicians and office staff
  • Implement efficient processes for job tracking, billing, and reporting
  • Foster a positive, performance-driven culture where staff feel valued and supported
  • Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve productivity and profitability
  • Assist in workforce planning, hiring, and onboarding as we continue to grow
  • Work closely with ownership to shape operational strategy and long-term company goals

Who You Are

  • A strong leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure
  • Experienced in service-based operations, ideally within plumbing, construction, or trades
  • Comfortable managing people, processes, and multiple moving parts
  • Skilled at turning plans into action and ideas into measurable results

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations, management, or supervisory role (3+ years preferred)
  • Familiarity with trades, plumbing, or service industry operations an asset
  • Proficient with scheduling, dispatch, and workflow management tools
  • Valid driver's license and clean record
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
