Job DescriptionSodexo is growing We are looking for a Food Service Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This position is a full-time, temporary role. You will be offered is a great team environment, work/life balance and the ability to cook healthy and appealing menus for consumers.
QualificationsDuring your mandate, you will be asked to supervise the Food Production and Front of House. You will be responsible for supervising the daily food production, cash handling & catering teams as well as ensuring that an exceptional level of service is achieved for all clients by focusing on employee training, performance management and leadership. You will also manage weekly work schedules ensuring they reflect business needs and other key performance indicators.
You will be asked to guide staff in a productive and efficient manner by ensuring service delivery and event planning standards are met. Ensure that employees comply with all company and local government rules, policies and regulations regarding health safety, food safety and fire and hazard safety. You will also have to carefully prepare and review all equipment for daily activities, ensure proper completion of HACCP logs, maintain proper inventory, assist with inventory management and any other related duties that may be requested.
A high school diploma, food service or equivalent experience is required. You must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a food service supervisor. You must respect the highest standards of hygiene, work effectively under pressure and be able to anticipate and solve problems.
