Are you looking for a meaningful role in home care where no two days are the same? Always Best Care is seeking a versatile and motivated team member to support our clients, caregivers, and office operations.
This is a part-time position ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and making a difference.
What You'll Do
- Care Management (33%) – Visit clients in their homes, create/update care plans, and ensure quality service delivery.
- Recruiting (33%) – Participate in the recruiting process for Personal Support Workers (PSWs), helping us grow a strong, compassionate team.
- Scheduling/Office Support (33%) – Coordinate caregiver schedules, resolve issues, and support families with excellent communication.
- On-Call Coverage – Provide weekend support by phone to manage urgent client and scheduling needs.
What We're Looking For
- Background in healthcare, home care, or staffing coordination (RPN/PSW/Care Manager experience a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using scheduling/recruiting systems.
- Compassion, empathy, and a client-first mindset.
