We are seeking friendly and confident individuals to join our team as Google Review Representatives. In this role, you'll interact directly with customers, encouraging them to share their genuine experiences through Google Reviews. You'll play an important part in helping local businesses build trust and credibility online. Ideal candidates enjoy talking to people, have great communication skills, and are comfortable engaging with customers in person.

Responsibilities

  • Approach and engage with customers in a polite and professional manner to request honest Google Reviews.
  • Explain the purpose and benefits of leaving reviews to encourage participation.
  • Assist customers with the review process if needed (e.g., showing how to access the business profile or scan a QR code).
  • Maintain a positive, respectful attitude that reflects well on the business.
  • Keep track of interactions and provide feedback on customer responses and engagement trends.
  • Follow company guidelines to ensure all review requests are compliant with Google's policies.

Experience

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — comfortable starting conversations with new people.
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales is an asset (but not required).
  • A friendly, confident, and approachable personality.
  • Reliable and professional, with strong attention to detail.
  • Basic familiarity with Google platforms and mobile devices.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 50 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in East Gwillimbury, ON
