We are recruiting a fulltime Court Support Caseworker for Pathways to Positive Futures Program. The Court Support Caseworker (Peel & Dufferin) will be responsible for providing front-line service to EFry Hope and Help for Women's Justice Programs – Court Support Caseworker (Peel & Dufferin), and the Stop Shop Theft Program (Peel & Dufferin).

The Pathways to Positive Futures Program runs out of both courts: A. Grenville and William Davis Courthouse and the Dufferin County. This includes accused persons being held accountable for their behaviour and assigning appropriate and meaning sanctions. Ultimately, this program provides diversion options and assists individuals who comply with the program to not receive a criminal record.

The Stop Shop Theft Program (SSTP) is intended to serve as a resource and guide for facilitators to lead group participants through psychoeducational groups, as they've been brought before the courts facing charges involving theft from retail stores. SSTP consists of one 3-hour structured session, leading participants through a process of self- evaluation, and education.
