JOB DESCRIPTION:

Real Estate Manager

Take 5 Oil Change – Driven Brands

Full-Time | Remote Canada, preferably Ontario Province.

About the Role

Driven Brands is hiring a Senior Real Estate Manager to support franchisee real estate development for Take 5 Oil Change across all of Canada. This role will support multiple franchisees with their development pipelines from site identification to opening.  The ideal candidate has relevant retail estate experience, is highly analytical with strong experience doing site analysis, well connected with a network of brokers and developers.

What You'll Do

   
•   Identify and secure top-tier real estate sites for development

   
•   Assist franchisee with the full development lifecycle: site selection, LOI negotiation, due diligence, and coordination with internal construction team through store opening

   
•   Build and manage market plans.

   
•   Build and maintain relationships with brokers, landlords, developers, and municipalities

   
•   Collaborate with internal teams (legal, construction, finance) to ensure timely deal execution

   
•   Track and report on pipeline progress and key performance metrics

What We're Looking For

   
•   5+ years of real estate development experience, preferably in retail, automotive, or QSR

   
•   Strong negotiation and project management skills

   
•   Experience working with both corporate and franchise models

   
•   Proven ability to manage multiple deals

   
•   Must be based in Canada, preferably Ontario with the ability to travel as needed

  • Customer service focused

   
•   Experience with high-volume, multi-unit expansion

   
•   Knowledge of local zoning, entitlements, and permitting processes

   
•   Passion for fast-paced, high-growth environments

Compensation Frequency:

Annual

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
