What You'll Do:

As a valued caregiver, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, companionship, and transportation
  • Following individual care plans and documenting visits accurately
  • Communicating with the care coordination team when client needs change or new opportunities for support arise
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable standards, policies, and procedures
  • Responding promptly to scheduling updates and visit offers

What You'll Need:

  • Personal Support Worker (PSW) certification or active nursing license
  • Ability to travel independently to and from client homes
  • Comfort using a mobile app for clocking in/out and visit documentation
  • A current or willingness to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check (Criminal Record Check)
  • A current or willingness to obtain a TB test
