What You'll Do:
  • Lead electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades with precision, ensuring systems meet the highest standards.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues, identifying repair or replacement needs.
  • Collaborate with skilled trades to support a wide range of commercial and industrial projects.
  • Drive profitability through efficient, high-quality work and exceptional problem-solving.
  • Maintain and upgrade electrical systems, reading schematics and prints with ease.
  • Participate in a rotating on-call service schedule, delivering reliable support when it matters most.

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the field, with proven expertise in commercial/industrial service.
  • Leadership: Ability to run projects of all sizes with confidence and efficiency.
  • Skills: Exceptional troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, paired with proficiency in reading schematics and prints.
  • Versatility: Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical repair, with commercial kitchen service experience preferred.
  • Communication: Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills to build trust with clients and teams.
  • Tools & Availability: Personal hand tools and readiness to join a rotating on-call schedule.
  • Preferred Experience: Background in industrial, office, warehouse, and commercial kitchen environments.
  • Physical Capability: Comfortable climbing ladders, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing for extended periods.
  • Safety Focus: Commitment to using safety equipment and adhering to protocols at all times.
  • Credentials: Valid driver's license with a clean record and ability to pass a pre-employment background check.

Work Environment:
  • Dynamic Settings: Work indoors in climate-controlled spaces or outdoors in varying conditions.
  • Physical Demands: Climb stairs, ladders, and scaffolds; bend, stoop, push, pull, reach, and kneel as needed.
