The Team

Responsibilities And Impact

  • End to End support from Creation of Opp to Agreement Submission to Legal for red-line reviews as well as Invoicing instructions for Order Management or Client Relations
  • Escalate cases for fulfillment, Order Management, Client Relations, and Client Financial Relations to resolve access issues and invoicing issues.
  • Assist in Product Maintenance for all 451R Product Codes, identifying issues with Product Codes, getting these promptly fixed including agreement tagging to Product codes.
  • Due to extensive knowledge of 451R, listed as the product specialist for it assisting Product team in identifying replacement codes for sunsetted products.
  • Supported CPQ migration being the lead for the project, designing training materials specific to 451R.
  • Refined Milestone Quote Creation Procedure and Change Order Process liaising with MI Enablement Leads and OM leads.
  • Creat reports and dashboard in SFDC for requests from Reps/RMs
  • Process expert for 451R in terms of Change Orders, Milestone Billings, Advisory Deals/Agreements (SOW, LPSA, Amendments), NDAs
  • Front-line assistance in any SFDC technical issues by raising and escalating issues to OTC support
  • Assistance in assigning/reassigning Opps as per updates to BoB, Employee Off-boarding, Quota reshuffling

What We're Looking For
Basic Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales support, operations, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) with a strong understanding of its functionalities and reporting capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify issues and propose solutions related to contracts and product codes.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in contract processing and data management.
  • Experience with contract management processes, including red-line reviews and invoicing.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with 451R product codes and related processes, including product maintenance and change orders.
  • Experience in project management, specifically with CPQ migration or similar initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Client Relations and Financial Relations processes, with an emphasis on fulfillment and order management.
  • Ability to create and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce to support sales operations.
