Must-Have Experience (Non-Negotiable)

  • 2+ years creating technical, shop, or production drawings
  • Professional experience with FlexiSign, CorelDRAW, AutoCAD, Illustrator, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software
  • Ability to read, interpret, and create dimensioned technical drawings
  • Experience working with manufactured products, fabrication, CNC, architectural, or industrial components

If you do not have this experience, this role will not be a fit.

Preferred Industry Background

Experience in:

  • Signage
  • Fabrication
  • Architectural drafting
  • CNC or manufacturing
  • Millwork/exhibit/build environments

(Not required—but a strong asset.)

What You'll Do

  • Create technical drawings, shop drawings, and production packages
  • Translate concepts into build-ready drawings for fabrication
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, CNC operators, fabricators, and installers
  • Support production with revisions, problem-solving, and feasibility checks
  • Maintain drawing standards, templates, and file organization
  • Spend time on the shop floor ensuring clarity and accuracy
