Job Description

What is the Opportunity?

Provide finance/treasury and capital markets subject matter expertise across CM/TS strategic initiatives, with particular focus on the Strategic Funding Program, enabling a deeper understanding of liquidity (sources and uses) and a more liquidity aligned, competitive, and transparent FTP model for CM businesses.

What will you do ?

  • Conduct analytical reviews and deep dives into key business activities to identify funding and liquidity characteristics for asset-liability reporting and funds transfer pricing
  • Collaborate with teams to formalize and implement the target booking model, for funding, interest rate risk management and FTP
  • Conduct and guide data gap analysis, profiling, and sourcing for various systems and platforms
  • Represent TS in project working groups

What do you need to succeed?

  • MBA or Undergraduate/Post-graduate in finance-related degree
  • Preferably professional accounting qualification
  • Extensive experience in Finance/Treasury and Capital Markets, FTP, financial reporting and data management
  • History of involvement in transformational and complex projects in highly regulated finaincal institutions
  • Track record of working with complex data sets and highly profficient in analytic tools such as SQL
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-driven, able to cope with a high pressure work environment
  • Good interpersonal skills
