Are you a car enthusiast who loves delivering top-notch customer service? Signature Honda is looking for a friendly and energetic Drive-Thru Attendant to be the first point of contact for our service customers. The Automotive Drive-Thru Attendant serves as the first point of contact for customers visiting the service department. This role is responsible for greeting customers promptly, collecting and verifying vehicle information, performing basic inspections, directing vehicles safely to service areas, and ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet all customers courteously and promptly upon arrival.
  • Direct vehicles safely into the service drive-thru area.
  • Accurately record customer and vehicle information using service management software.
  • Perform quick visual inspections, including checking mileage, VIN, tire condition, lights, and wipers.
  • Communicate customer needs and observations to service advisors or technicians.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe drive-thru area.
  • Assist with moving vehicles to and from service bays, parking areas, or customer pick-up zones.
  • Answer basic customer inquiries regarding services, estimated wait times, and dealership amenities.
  • Support the service team by managing vehicle flow and ensuring timely service delivery.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and dealership policies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles preferred.
  • Basic computer literacy; familiarity with service management systems is a plus.
  • Physically capable of standing, walking, and working outdoors for extended periods.
  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic.

Working Conditions:

  • Fast-paced automotive service environment.
  • Exposure to varying weather conditions in outdoor drive-thru areas.
