What is it like to be a 
Paid Media Manager 
at IMAGEMOTION? You will have the opportunity to work on various accounts within Fashion, Beauty, CPG and Lifestyle categories and work within our Digital Marketing team. You will have the chance to lead the business visions with digital ads and performance campaigns and with the support of our all-star digital and content team. This position provides someone seeking to advance their career in digital media and advertising with a tremendous opportunity to lead a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead client management and communication on selected agency accounts.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Participate in development of an integrated digital marketing strategy aligning digital acquisition with the brand's objectives and ensuring consistency across both paid and organic digital channels.
  • Lead and execute all Digital Ads & Performance Campaigns: Manage and optimize paid acquisition channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, TikTok Ads and achieve targeted ROAS, CAC, and other KPI's.
  • Acquisition Strategy: Provide a strategic roadmap to scale customer acquisition with creative testing, audience segmentation, and advanced targeting strategies.
  • Shopify Data Analysis: Oversee and analyze the Shopify ecommerce platform data to optimize KPI's across digital and performance campaigns, driving traffic to the website.
  • Leverage advanced analytics, A/B testing, and attribution models to optimize campaigns, improve funnel performance to impact growth.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad content and messaging that resonates with target audiences, improving engagement and conversions.
  • Cross-Channel Integration: Partner with email, organic social, and lifecycle marketing teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey across all touchpoints.
  • Data Reporting.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experienced in Google Adwords ( Search & Display & PMax ).
  • Experienced in Meta Ads.
  • Google Ads Certified or Facebook Certifications are a plus value.
  • Experience working on cross-functional digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with Google Analytics.
  • Experience in Shopify E-Commerce analytics.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
  • Be a great presenter.
  • Have a marketing and business mindset.
  • Be results-oriented, resourceful, responsible and autonomous.
