on: We are looking for our new Business Development Manager as we continue to grow the Canadian sales team. You will be responsible for driving Uneekor's commercial growth by identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships and new business opportunities. Your mission will be to expand Uneekor's presence in key markets (e.g., golf facilities, training centers, club shops, high-performance golf venues) and generate incremental revenue by building meaningful relationsh

- ners.Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers (owners, general managers, directors) in target organizat
- ions.Negotiate business agreements, including reseller deals, facility partnerships, or co-branded experie
- nces.Develop business development plans to align with overall sales and company growth g
- oals.Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to formulate high-potential growth strate
- gies.Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales to align go-to-market strategies and new product roll
- outs.Lead the proposal and bidding process for large potential part
- ners.Collaborate with the Inside Sales, Sales Engineering, and Marketing teams to build compelling value proposit
- ions.Forecast business development pipeline and revenue and report on key met
- rics.Represent Uneekor at industry events (PGA Show, trade shows, club / facility conferences) and lead business development initiatives at these ev
- ents.Create and deliver presentations, demos, and business cases to prospective part
- ners.Help develop marketing collateral or case studies that highlight Uneekor's technology, ROI, and value to facili
- ties.Ensure successful onboarding, integration, and satisfaction for facility and partner cli
- ents.Coordinate with Product and Support teams to relay feedback and drive continuous improve
- ment.Maintain long-term relationships and identify upselling or renewal opportuni
**ties.
Qualifications/Knowledge/Critical**
- Skills5+ years in business development with hardware and software / technology sales; experience in the golf, sports tech, or fitness industry is a strong
- plus.Demonstrated success closing B2B partnerships or large commercial
- deals.Familiar with golf industry dynamics (golf facilities, coaching, simulators), ideally with a network or experience in golf bus
- iness.Strong analytical skills, ability to assess markets, and creating scalable strat
- egies.Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills suited to executive-level stakeho
- lders.Able to work with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams to bring partnerships to
- life.Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and business development frame
- works.Willingness to travel for trade shows, partner visits, and field engage
