A+ Translations LLC is seeking an ATIO-certified Polish English legal translator for a remote contract assignment on behalf of a Notary Public in Ontario. The selected translator must be certified in Ontario and able to provide legally valid certified translations for official use.

Responsibilities:


• Translate legal and official documents between Polish and English with a high degree of accuracy


• Provide certified translations compliant with ATIO and Ontario legal standards


• Ensure linguistic precision, confidentiality, and professional formatting


• Maintain strong attention to detail, consistency, and terminological accuracy


• Communicate promptly regarding deadlines, requirements, or clarifications

Requirements:


• Certified by ATIO (Association of Translators and Interpreters of Ontario) — mandatory


• Must be based in Ontario, Canada


• Proven experience translating legal documents (notarial documents, affidavits, contracts, court documents, immigration files, etc.)


• Excellent command of Polish and English grammar and terminology


• Ability to deliver polished, legally compliant certified translations


• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and deadline management
