Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Representative to manage and grow the British Columbia territory. This is a key field-based role focused on expanding relationships with end users and distribution partners, increasing overall sales volume and market share. The successful candidate will be results-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently while representing a respected global brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with end users across BC to generate demand for PPE products.
  • Work closely with distributors to expand product reach and strengthen partnerships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and execute territory growth plans.
  • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets
  • Conduct product presentations, site visits, and customer training sessions as needed.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of successful sales experience in the PPE or industrial manufacturing sector (manufacturer-side experience required).
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding territory growth targets.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a regional sales plan.
  • Based in British Columbia, with flexibility for regular travel across the province.
