About The Role
The Senior Business Analyst role at Momentum Financial Services Group is pivotal in driving business value through strategic analysis and cross-functional collaboration. You will be responsible for understanding enterprise objectives, gathering detailed requirements, and supporting initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This position requires a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement, change management, and agile delivery methodologies.

As a senior member of the team, you will work closely with IT, business units, vendors, and leadership to develop actionable insights, facilitate process improvements, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise will help shape the future of our financial solutions and ensure they meet the evolving needs of our customers and business partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Solutions Consultant, or in Digital Product Delivery
• Proven expertise in defining and documenting requirements for enterprise systems and projects
• Experience supporting business roadmaps, business cases, and strategic initiatives
• Strong background in the financial services lending industry
• Hands-on experience with Agile project management methodologies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to analyze complex data and support business decision-making
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint
• Ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams and cultural environments

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand enterprise objectives and identify business opportunities
• Elicit, document, and finalize comprehensive business requirements, including processes, data, and rules
• Evaluate and recommend solutions aligned with business goals and operational needs
• Support business teams in developing and executing end-to-end user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, vendors, and technical teams
• Communicate ideas clearly, influence stakeholders, and secure buy-in for initiatives
• Anticipate decision-makers' responses and prepare effective recommendations accordingly
• Promote collaboration across teams by sharing best practices, templates, and work products
• Ensure project delivery aligns with scope, budget, and quality standards
• Incorporate lessons learned into ongoing projects and organizational practices
• Lead change management initiatives to support organizational goals and cultural alignment
• Define, track, and report on key organizational performance metrics
• Prepare engaging presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders
• Participate actively in Agile project development and contribute to iterative delivery
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned to support business growth and innovation
