Your Role:

  • Act as the primary contact for client inquiries regarding personal insurance coverages, policies, and processes.
  • Clearly communicate insurance terms and processes to clients, empowering them with knowledge and trust.
  • Efficiently manage billing queries, policy changes, and cancellations.
  • Provide proactive support throughout the claims process, advocating effectively for fair client outcomes.
  • Gather and manage critical underwriting details to facilitate accurate policy evaluations and renewals.
  • Collaborate closely with team members on special projects and administrative duties as assigned.

  • Proven track record in exceptional client relationship management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of insurance products, industry standards, and practices.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Impeccable organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Professionalism, courtesy, and the ability to handle situations with diplomacy and tact.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Level 1 General Insurance License (Nova Scotia required).
  • Preferred: Pursuing or completion of CAIB or CIP designations.
  • At least 1-2 years of insurance industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to commute reliably or relocate to Bedford, NS (B4A 4G2).
