We are currently seeking a Property Manager to oversee operations across Newfoundland.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in St. John's, Newfoundland, primarily remote with regular travel to properties in St. John's, Deer Lake, Corner Brook, Grand Falls-Windsor, and Gander.

The Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of multiple residential and mobile home community properties, including tenant relations, maintenance oversight, rent collection, budgeting, and financial reporting. The role also involves coordinating with resident managers and maintenance staff, managing vendor relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing strategies to enhance property value and tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple residential and mobile home community properties
  • Supervise resident managers and maintenance staff at various sites
  • Maintain strong tenant relations and handle lease administration
  • Oversee rent collection, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Coordinate maintenance and capital improvement projects
  • Manage contractor and vendor relationships
  • Ensure compliance with safety, housing, and regulatory requirements
  • Identify and implement initiatives to enhance property performance and value

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in property management, including tenant relations and maintenance oversight
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, rent collection, and reporting
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and vendor coordination
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the real estate or investment management industry is considered an asset

  • Deer Lake: 87-unit residential building (Resident Manager + Maintenance Staff)
  • St. John's: 48-unit residential building (Property Manager + Maintenance Staff)
  • Gander MHC Park: 86 residential lots (Resident Manager)
  • Grand Falls-Windsor: 148 residential units (2 Resident Managers + Maintenance Staff)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
