Olds, Canada Residential Aide Placement Service Full time $109,200 per year

RAPS is Seeking a part time support worker to assist an individual with a Developmental Disability (E373)

Location: 20 minutes from Sundre AB, (Rural)

Days: 2- 4 hour shifts * flexible with days

Hours: Afternoons

Job Description: Duties include but are not limited to: life skill development, meal preparation and household management (light housekeeping, laundry), exploration of inclusive opportunities (volunteer opportunities, Post- Secondary schooling), participation in activities both in the home and community setting.

Note: 2 Dogs and 1 Cat in the home

Qualifications: the successful candidate must have an updated criminal record check containing the Vulnerable sector check portion, a class 5 Driver's license and vehicle, and first aid/ CPR certificates. Having experience with seizures would be considered an asset.

The Ideal candidate will be patient, kind and client centered.

Rate of Pay: $21.00 hour
