Role Description
This full-time, on-site position is based in Richmond Hill, ON. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a key role in driving Olive Tree Builds' growth by connecting directly with business owners, franchise operators, and commercial clients.
The SDR is responsible for generating and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, and booking consultations for our leadership team. Daily activities include initiating conversations with potential clients, scheduling meetings, and maintaining detailed CRM records of outreach and interactions. The SDR will also identify new business opportunities, follow up on marketing campaigns, and leverage tools and systems to support consistent sales growth.
At Olive Tree Builds, SDRs are the first point of contact with brands looking to expand or renovate their spaces, helping them take the first step toward building with confidence.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, professional presence
- Experience in sales, outreach, or customer-facing roles (B2B experience is an asset)
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet targets
- Comfortable initiating conversations in person, by phone, and through digital channels
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple leads simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is an asset)
- Strong research skills and attention to detail when identifying potential clients or markets
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a team-first mindset
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits and outreach
