Who we are looking for:

The Victoria Inn is searching for a Part-time Night Auditor. The successful candidates must be available for the overnight shift. As a Night Auditor, exceptional organizational abilities, and the desire to interact with employees and guests on a daily basis are required. Only candidates who have a positive customer service attitude will be considered.

What you will learn:

You will learn full working knowledge of the Skytouch Hotel Software and the Daily Guest Room Operation Procedures. The candidate will attend department meetings as well as professional development courses and workshops.

Position Summary:

Through the guidance of the Guest Service Manager, support the daily operations of the Guest Services Department by providing superior guest service. Provide assistance to employees from other departments, and ensure proper procedures, policies, and standards are being followed.
