Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/Linux) and enterprise server environments.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls using Active Directory, Azure AD, IAM, and Group Policies.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure minimal downtime across all IT infrastructure.
  • Perform server patching, updates, and security hardening to maintain compliance and system health.
  • Maintain and manage virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, or cloud-based VM services.
  • Administer network services including DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, and load balancers.
  • Manage email systems such as Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, or Google Workspace.
  • Perform regular backups, maintain backup systems, and support disaster recovery planning and execution.
  • Ensure endpoint management using tools such as Intune, SCCM/MECM, or JAMF.
  • Monitor logs and alerts to identify and resolve system issues proactively.
  • Support hardware installation, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management for servers, storage, and network devices.
  • Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with IT policies and protect systems against vulnerabilities.
  • Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides for future reference.
  • Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support for escalated technical issues and assist teams across the organization.

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
