We are seeking a skilled and motivated part time Line Cook to join our team.

MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEKENDS

The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a creative mind for designing dishes. As a Cook, you must have expertise in food preparation, kitchen management and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality meals that are visually appealing, taste great and are well-balanced.
  • Follow recipes and comply with special dietary requirements
  • Monitor quality and freshness of ingredients
  • Ensure the kitchen and food preparation areas are clean and organized
  • Comply with food safety standards and guidelines
  • Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
  • Assist in menu development and food costing

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Cook
  • Experience prepping pizza dough
  • Sound knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
