Job Summary

The Regional Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing multiple branch operations within a designated geographic area. This position involves driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a high-performance team environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, project management skills, and proven leadership experience to achieve organizational objectives and enhance overall business development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed business targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise office and field staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee business development initiatives to expand market presence and identify new opportunities.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency across all branches.
  • Monitor regional financial performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare reports for executive leadership.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and community stakeholders to support regional growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards across all locations.

Pay: $85,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
