What We're Looking For

  • Licensed to trade real estate in Ontario
  • Friendly, confident, and coachable
  • Passionate about helping people find the right home
  • Comfortable showing properties and presenting offers
  • Strong follow-up skills and a desire to grow fast
  • Open to working with resale, assignment & pre-construction buyers

Your Responsibilities

  • Meet with motivated buyers (we book the appointments)
  • Conduct buyer consultations to understand their needs
  • Schedule and attend showings
  • Educate clients on the market and buying process
  • Submit offers and negotiate on behalf of your clients
  • Keep in touch with clients through every step of the journey
  • Use our CRM and tools to stay organized and follow up effectively
