Job Title: Retail Sales Ambassador

Job Summary:

LINQ is seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic **Retail Sales Ambassadors** to join our growing team. We are committed to fostering an exceptional agency culture and are excited to offer both **full-time and part-time opportunities** in the Greater Toronto Area**. As a **Retail Sales Ambassadors**, you will promote our client's financial products in various settings, including retail environments, malls, and events. Your primary responsibility will be to engage and educate customers about our client's products, ensuring they meet the customers' needs and ultimately enrolling and encouraging their utilization. Most events will take place in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

· Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to attract their attention and build rapport in high-paced environments.

· Needs Assessment: Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and goals.

· Product Education: Educate customers on the features, benefits, and rewards of our client's products.

· Value Demonstration: Explain how our client's products can enhance the value for our customers including valuable perks.

· Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the engagement.

· Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively utilizing sales strategies and techniques.

· Ongoing Learning: Attend training sessions and stay updated on the latest product information and industry trends.

· Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales outcomes related to financial and loyalty products.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a customer-facing role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Positive and friendly attitude

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for event participation

  • Must be reliable, punctual, and well-presented
