We're hiring Looking for a part-time role where every day is different? Join our team at a one-of-a-kind venue designed for high-energy corporate events and professional driver training.

What you'll do:

  • Handle basic bookkeeping (A/P, A/R, payroll)
  • Keep the office running smoothly — filing, scheduling, general admin
  • Manage calls, emails, and social media messages
  • Coordinate bookings, reservations, and customer inquiries
  • Support event planning and act as host/greeter at live events
  • Help maintain the presentation and organization of the facility
  • Work closely with our core team and coordinate occasional support staff

What we're looking for:

  • Organized, reliable, and upbeat
  • Strong communicator (phone, email, in person)
  • Comfortable with numbers; QuickBooks experience a plus
  • Team player with initiative and attention to detail
  • Flexible schedule (approx. 25 hours/week, potential to grow)
  • Mostly on-site, with some remote flexibility
