Job Overview

As a Cashier/Server, you will be the heartbeat of our fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional customer service while efficiently handling transactions and food service. Your role will involve preparing food, managing cash registers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. You'll have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and engage with customers, making their experience memorable.

What you'll do

  • Greet customers with enthusiasm and provide top-notch service throughout their dining experience.
  • Accurately process transactions using POS systems, ensuring efficient cash handling.
  • Prepare food items according to safety and sanitation standards, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and boost sales.
  • Manage food orders, ensuring timely delivery to guests while maintaining quality standards.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience.

Basic qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating positive experiences.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Basic math skills for processing payments and managing cash flow.

Preferred qualifications

  • Previous experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant setting is highly desirable, particularly in Asian restaurants
  • Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary practices.
  • Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices within the food industry.
