Job Overview:

As an Order Picker/Packer at our vibrant Bicycle Shop, you are the crucial final link in getting our customers excited about their new gear. You will be the key player in our fulfillment process, meticulously selecting and securely packing every order.

Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment:

  • Accurately pick and pack online orders, in-store pickup requests, and wholesale shipments according to pick sheets and packing slips.
  • Carefully inspect all products for damage, defects, or incorrect items before packing.

Inventory & Warehouse Management:

  • Restock inventory and organize the warehouse and storage areas logically and safely.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and assist with full physical inventory counts.

Quality Control & Customer Satisfaction:

  • Ensure every package meets our high standards for presentation and security.
  • Include packing slips, invoices, and any promotional materials as required.
  • Assist in resolving order issues and contributing to a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills for processing orders and printing labels.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.86-$25.93 per hour
