Job Title: Accounts Receivable Administrator
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in managing invoices, financial discrepancies, and monthly budget reports. This position provides a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage accounts receivable invoices and other financial transactions.
- Track and report on monthly budget reports and assist with expense reports.
- Identify and track any discrepancies in financial documentation.
- Print and distribute customer invoicing and verify EDI transmissions.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and record bank adjustment transactions.
- Track customer accounts receivables and follow up on past due accounts.
- Post bank deposits and enter accounts receivable payments.
- Greet visitors and handle calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and manage deliveries.
- Administer and maintain company documentation and policies related to front office procedures.
- Coordinate, pick up, and deliver documents as required.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in accounts receivable and invoicing.
- Experience in receivables and collection.
- Strong data entry and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of accounts payable/receivable and accounting principles.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with invoice processing, monthly budget reports, and expense reports.
- Skilled in customer service and past due account collection.
- Ability to post bank deposits and accounts receivable payments.
- Familiarity with Visual Manufacturing ERP.
Work Environment
This position requires working 100% onsite in Guelph, ON, with standard hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, totaling 37.5 hours per week. There is a possibility for overtime. The dress code is business casual, and there is potential for an extension of the contract.
