About Us

Chazah Cosmetic Clinic is a boutique aesthetics practice owned and operated by Advanced Aesthetic Injector, Chazah.

Our clinic offers a wide range of cosmetic injection and skin rejuvenation services in a professional and welcoming environment. We are expanding and seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant & Social Media Coordinator to join our growing team.

Role Overview

This position combines medical assistance, front desk/reception duties, and social media coordination. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a medical or aesthetic setting, excellent communication skills, and a creative eye for social media. You will work directly with Chazah to ensure smooth daily operations and an engaging online presence.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with patient preparation and treatment setup under supervision.

  • Welcome clients and ensure a comfortable, professional experience.

  • Manage scheduling, confirmations, and reminders.

  • Handle email inquiries and maintain organized client records.

  • Create and post engaging content (photos, videos, reels, stories).

  • Manage Instagram & TikTok accounts, reply to DMs/comments.

  • Support clinic promotions, model calls, and client education posts.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and front desk area.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a medical or aesthetics clinic is preferred.

  • Positive, friendly, and professional demeanor.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Creative mindset with a passion for social media.

  • Comfortable using Instagram and TikTok for business purposes.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must be open to learning new things and growing with the clinic.
