Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the Sales Coordinator's primary role is to provide sales, marketing and administrative support. This position is responsible for the coordination of sales, order fulfillment, customer on-boarding, and the implementation of marketing strategies. The Sales Coordinator is also responsible for providing exceptional service and communicating effectively with both internal and external customers. They are responsible for the efficient, effective and accurate flow of customer information through various software applications.
Major Responsibilities - Sales & Marketing- Preparation of customer quotes, sales agreements and customer orders
- Management of customer contracts and renewals
- Ensure all customer and potential customer information is available and accurate
- Assist with sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, tradeshows, and other sales actions
- Manage inbound and unsolicited prospect calls and leads
- Help identify and create marketing strategies and materials (brochures, signs, banners, case studies, blogs, social media, etc.) and ensure they are aligned with our brand identity and corporate positioning
- Coordinate and maintain social media platforms, including generating new material, and monitoring comments on social media pages
- Conduct targeted sales calls
- Coordinate and execute email campaigns
- Provide coverage of support and administration duties as necessary
- Other duties as required
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Post-Secondary degree or diploma in marketing, business, or related field is preferred
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong concern for the accuracy and quality of work
- Professional internal and external customer service skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
- Professionalism while dealing with confidential information
- Proven initiative
- Responsible, accountable, and reliable
- Some travel will be required
- This is not a remote work position
