Jenna Rae Cakes is looking for a Store Supervisor to join our sweet team at Island Lakes
If you're someone who loves creating magical customer experiences, bringing positive energy to every shift, and leading with kindness and confidence, we'd love to meet you You'll be the on-site leader who keeps our shop running smoothly, ensures every guest feels welcomed and delighted, and supports a team culture that's uplifting, inspired, and full of joy.
Location: Island Lakes - 20 Island Shore Blvd #9A
Availability: Tuesday - Saturday, 8am - 4pm
What you'll do:
Create warm, memorable experiences for every guest, ensuring they feel welcome and cared for
Lead daily shop operations and support the team to keep everything running smoothly
Train and mentor staff on product knowledge, service standards, and best practices
Support and uplift the retail team, helping everyone work confidently and cohesively
Manage incoming food delivery app orders with efficiency and accuracy
Keep the shop sparkling, organized, and safe for guests and team members
Complete end-of-shift reports with the team and send them to the Assistant Manager
Communicate clearly with staff and leadership to support a positive, solution-focused environment
We're looking for:

Someone reliable, motivated, and excited to support a growing team
Qualifications:
1+ years in a customer-service–driven role
Previous leadership or supervisor experience is an asset
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience in food service or retail is a plus, but not required
