Position Overview:

Autodesk's People Practices team is evolving — and we're looking for passionate, service-oriented professionals to grow with us. As a People Practices Senior Advisor, you'll play a key role in providing specialized HR support across Canada, LATAM, and the U.S., with a strong focus on benefits and the employment lifecycle.

You'll partner closely with regional and global colleagues to ensure an exceptional employee experience, while helping us continuously improve how we serve our people. The role is fully remote within Canada, with preference for those located near an Autodesk office in Montreal, Vancouver, or Toronto. This position reports to the Manager, People Practices – Americas.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the point of contact for inquiries and service requests routed from the AMER People Support (Tier 1) team; act as the Tier 2 escalation point.
  • Resolve moderately complex HR issues independently, escalating more complex cases as needed.
  • Support the administration of benefits programs and assist in developing standards and procedures for handling employee questions and transactions.
  • Partner with teams in Compensation, Benefits, Learning & Development, and Compliance on recurring programs and initiatives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by sharing feedback and helping evolve our support model.
  • Lead or participate in projects aimed at expanding Tier 2 services and enhancing the employee experience.
  • Use data analysis and judgment to identify patterns, recommend improvements, and connect day-to-day work to the bigger picture.
  • Build strong working relationships with peers, senior practitioners, and cross-functional partners.
  • May mentor or serve as a resource for less experienced colleagues.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in an HR support or HR shared services environment
  • Experience managing benefits inquiries and processes for Canada and LATAM (a plus); familiarity with U.S. Benefits is a plus
  • Familiarity with benefit vendor systems is a plus
  • Fluent in English and French, with strong communication and organizational skills across all levels of the organization
  • Foundational understanding of HR systems and processes
  • Degree or equivalent work experience
  • High integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Experience delivering high-quality, detail-oriented work aligned with service level expectations
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and HR systems such as Workday; experience with Wolken or similar case management tools
  • Able to prioritize effectively in a dynamic, high-volume environment
  • Positive team player who thrives in change and transformation

Responsabilités:

  • Servir de point de contact pour les demandes et requêtes de service acheminées par l'équipe People Support AMER (niveau 1); agir comme point d'escalade de niveau 2.

  • Résoudre de façon autonome les problèmes RH de complexité moyenne et faire escalader les cas plus complexes au besoin.

  • Soutenir l'administration des programmes d'avantages sociaux et contribuer à l'élaboration de normes et de procédures pour le traitement des demandes et transactions des employés.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes Rémunération, Avantages sociaux, Apprentissage et développement, et Conformité sur les programmes et initiatives récurrents.
  • Contribuer aux efforts d'amélioration continue en partageant des commentaires et en aidant à faire évoluer notre modèle de soutien.
  • Diriger ou participer à des projets visant à élargir les services de niveau 2 et à améliorer l'expérience employé.
  • Utiliser l'analyse de données et le jugement professionnel pour identifier des tendances, recommander des améliorations et relier le travail quotidien à la vision d'ensemble.
  • Établir de solides relations de travail avec les pairs, les praticiens chevronnés et les partenaires interfonctionnels.
  • Offrir du mentorat ou servir de ressource pour des collègues moins expérimentés.

Qualifications Minimales :

  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans un environnement de soutien RH ou de services RH partagés
  • Expérience en gestion des demandes et processus liés aux avantages sociaux au Canada et en Amérique latine; la connaissance des avantages sociaux aux États-Unis constitue un atout.
  • Connaissance des systèmes de fournisseurs d'avantages sociaux, un atout.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, avec d'excellentes compétences en communication et en organisation, à tous les niveaux de l'organisation.
  • Compréhension fondamentale des systèmes et processus RH
  • Diplôme ou expérience professionnelle équivalente
  • Grande intégrité et capacité à respecter la confidentialité
  • Expérience dans la fourniture d'un travail de haute qualité, soucieux du détail et conforme aux attentes en matière de niveau de service
