Position Overview
We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Car Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have previous dealership experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Guide clients through the vehicle selection and purchasing process
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, features, and financing options
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features
- Follow up with customers and ensure a smooth buying experience
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Requirements
- Valid OMVIC License (required)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience working at a car dealership in Canada
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
