About the Role

This role blends exercise science, nutrition coaching, client care, precision health operations, and wellness concierge service. You'll perform advanced assessments — including DEXA body composition, VO₂ Max testing, VALD biomechanics, and metabolic testing (RMR/AMR) — then translate findings into personalized programs across training, recovery, nutrition, and supplements.

You'll act as a wellness concierge — guiding clients through their longevity journey with empathy, precision, and seamless coordination. This includes preparing clients for diagnostics, assisting with testing appointments, ensuring their visits run smoothly, and following up with actionable, science-based insights.

You'll also collaborate closely with our medical and performance teams to integrate insights from precision health tests(biomarkers, microbiome, epigenetics, genomics, and hormonal profiles) into personalized care plans. A key part of your role involves consulting clients on evidence-based supplement protocols — supporting metabolic, cognitive, and recovery optimization based on their unique biomarker and performance data.

Beyond the data, you'll help clients feel supported and understood — combining medical insight with hospitality-driven service in a truly next-generation health experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct & Interpret Advanced Assessments: Perform and explain DEXA, VO₂ Max, VALD strength/power/balance analysis, and metabolic testing (RMR/AMR).
• Precision Health Integration: Assist in interpreting biomarker panels, hormonal profiles, microbiome results, epigenetic/genomic reports, and turn them into actionable insights.
• Nutrition & Supplement Guidance: Support individualized nutrition and supplement plans aligned with Previvo's longevity pillars (within scope of practice).
• Wellness Concierge Experience: Deliver a high-touch client journey — from intake and preparation to follow-up. Anticipate client needs, coordinate appointments, and ensure each interaction reflects Previvo's premium standard of care.
• Client Education & Coaching: Explain results in simple, motivational language; support behavior change, adherence, and accountability.
• Consultation Support: Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions with physicians, NPs, dietitians, and coaches.
• Sales & Membership Growth: Engage clients in understanding their results and recommend Previvo360 memberships, recovery therapies, and advanced programs tailored to their goals.
• Clinic Operations: Support scheduling, intake, administrative processes, and data management across the clinic's digital ecosystem.
• Documentation & Confidentiality: Maintain accurate records, uphold patient confidentiality, and follow clinical protocols

Qualificiations

• Degree or diploma in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Athletic Therapy, Nutrition/Dietetics, or Health Coaching(or equivalent experience).
• Experience in fitness testing, metabolic analysis, or clinical wellness environments.
• Strong understanding of nutrition, supplementation, and performance recovery strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — with the ability to provide both scientific education and concierge-level service.
• Tech-comfortable: VALD, DEXA, VO₂ analyzers, metabolic carts, EMRs, and patient dashboards.
• Passion for longevity medicine, proactive health, and optimizing human performance.
• Assets: Experience in client engagement, hospitality, or membership-based wellness environments.
• Nice to Have: CSEP, NSCA, PN1/PN2, ISAK, or Registered Dietitian credentials.
