The Role:

We're looking for an energetic Event Marketing Representative to join our on-site team in Whitby. As the face of our client brands, you'll work at promotional events, retail locations, and community activations—engaging attendees, sharing product information, and driving sales while creating memorable brand experiences.

What You'll Do:

  • Set up and manage event activations at retail locations, community events, and promotional venues throughout Whitby and the GTA
  • Drive sales by conducting live product demonstrations and personalized presentations that showcase value and benefits
  • Build brand awareness through strategic face-to-face marketing conversations with potential customers
  • Generate qualified leads and guide prospects through the complete sales cycle—from initial interest to closing the deal
  • Develop and execute local outreach strategies to attract new customers and expand market presence
  • Analyze campaign metrics with your team to identify what's working and optimize future marketing approaches
  • Stay sharp on product features, competitive positioning, and promotional offers to deliver compelling sales pitches

What You'll Need:

  • Full-time availability with flexibility for occasional weekends and evenings
  • Ability to commute to our Whitby office and various event locations (on-site role)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Energetic, approachable personality with ability to connect with diverse audiences
  • Professional presentation and positive attitude
  • Reliable transportation for travel to event locations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in event marketing, customer service, sales, or retail environments
  • Comfort engaging with new people and initiating conversations
  • Previous experience working promotional events or brand activations
