We're looking for a skilled and physically capable Tech 3.2 Sawyer to join our production team. This is a highly physical, hands-on role that requires strength, endurance, and attention to detail. This position deals with precision cutting operations and material preparation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What you'll be doing:

Operating industrial saws and cutting equipment with precision and safetyMeasuring, marking, and cutting materials to exact specificationsHandling and move heavy materials throughout the production processMaintaining cutting equipment and perform routine maintenance tasksInspecting cut materials for quality and accuracyFollowing all safety protocols and wear required PPEWorking collaboratively with production team to meet daily targetsMaintaining accurate production records and documentation

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials regularlyStand for extended periods (8+ hours per shift)Perform repetitive motions including bending, reaching, and liftingWork in various environmental conditions including temperature variationsExcellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterityAbility to work at a sustained pace in a physically demanding environment

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience with industrial cutting equipment preferredStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and measurementsCommitment to safety protocols and quality standardsReliable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to work independently and as part of a team
