Current Position Opening: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing prompt and professional service to customers in need. This role requires basic computer knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a team environment, ability to be outside in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Use tow dispatch software to dispatch and track service calls
  • Communicate professionally with staff, customers, auto clubs, law enforcement and other roadside assistance providers
  • Coordinate jobs to be completed in a timely manner
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally
  • Assist in office customers with access to vehicles and vehicle releases

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Friendly customer service
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Knowledge of local geography and surrounding areas
  • Multitasking skills
  • Ability to resolve conflict and solve problems
  • Knowledge of basic computer programs and aptitude to learn new software systems
